Listings
You are responsible for listings you create. Do not post false, deceptive, dangerous, illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative or infringing content.
Transactions
Yardsale Hub helps users discover sales but is not a party to transactions. Users are responsible for personal safety, item condition, payment and compliance with local laws.
Moderation
Listings may be reported, hidden, removed or reviewed. Accounts may be restricted for repeated or serious violations.
Availability
The service is provided without a guarantee that every listing, address, date, map result or user-submitted detail is accurate or continuously available.
